The hotel is ideally located near Taipei Main Station, making it convenient for commuting. There’s also an abundance of dining options nearby, which made it easy for our team to grab meals on the go. The concierge staff were helpful and friendly, assisting us with any inquiries we had. My room was neat and tidy, matching the photos listed online.

The location is good and amazing, at a short distance from Presidential Office Building. It is nestled in a very nice area not far from Taiwan main train station and restaurants, the other interesting areas and the Mitsukoshi department store.

I can't believe how dirty our room was. Dust everywhere, and I even found a cockroach crawling around! The hotel definitely feels neglected, and after getting itchy bites, I knew I wouldn't come back. The place really needs some serious upkeep!

But man, that bed was seriously hard! I woke up with back pain and ended up chilling on the sofa armchair a lot. And let’s talk about cleanliness — I got bug bites from that chair, so they definitely need to step up their cleaning game. it was kinda tricky for taxis to find the place since it's on the 19th floor without any clear signs.

The carpets in the hallway looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum in ages, a terrible first impression. Not to mention, it seems no one felt it was important to offer any complimentary snacks for a welcome. I almost thought this woudl ve been a decent stay, but i just couldn't.

Great location near the airport train and subway! The kitchen was a lifesaver for reheating our night market food. Cleaning was easy with the laundry facilities. The room was spacious and the comfort level was great.
